UKLC are proud to offer continued residential programmes for international boarders. Since the pandemic, schools and guardians have been under pressure to provide provision for their boarders over the holidays who have been ‘stuck’ at school because of travel restrictions.

Now, even with the travel restrictions eased there is a positive move towards students wanting to stay in the UK and with friends. Our programmes offer a great solution!

Programmes

Over the last 18 months we have developed our Rest and Re-enerigse programme, which has proven most popular! This programme incorporates sports, leadership, personal growth sessions and allows for plenty of rest and recuperation. As we are specialist in English Language programmes for International students between the ages of 8 – 17. Our programmes can easily incorporate English study, or study support for students over the holidays if there was a demand.

Pastoral care

UKLC are a British Council accredited school and in most recent inspection our safeguarding policies were highlighted as one of our strengths. As a junior provider, we focus on the care of young people and understand the importance of looking after their well-being. All of our staff are level 1 safeguarding trained and take a refresher course before each programme, to ensure that we are up to date with the latest documentation and procedures. Covid Aware

We have been operating during the pandemic at several schools, delivering amber and red list quarantine as well as activity programmes. As a company we pride ourselves on being covid aware, keeping up to date with all the latest guidelines and creating a safe covid environment for all students and staff.
