Chetham’s School, Manchester
Chetham’s School of Music was built in 1421 as a college for priests and became a school in 1653. It is now the UK’s largest specialist music school.
The centre is right in the heart of Manchester, next to the city’s cathedral, shopping centre and museums. The school is made up of traditional British buildings and state-of-the art modern facilities.
