UKLC FREE Online Teacher Training Programme
Educate, Inspire, Enrich – even long-distance!
At UKLC we like to stick to our principles and we believe in the value of education, development and improvement. Excellence is not just an objective for learners, but one for teachers as well. This is why we have created an Online Teacher Training course that aims at empowering the potential of both native and non-native English teachers. These times have caught us a little unprepared to engage students in new journeys of learning and to create diverse learning experiences for them and for us. This is why we have crafted a new programme aimed at enhancing what each teacher already has to offer to continue to educate, inspire, and enrich the future generation of English language learners.
UKLC: At the heart of high-quality teaching
UKLC holds accreditation from the British Council and has more than 20-years experience in the TEFL industry. We have been awarded the title of Centre of Excellence 2019 in the EL Gazette, following our successful British Council inspection in 2018. We obtained a very positive evaluation in all 15 areas of assessment and were awarded strengths in 9 of these, specifically Strategic and Quality Management, Staff Management, Premises and Facilities, Learning Resources, Course Design, Care of Students, Accommodation, Leisure Opportunities, and Care of Under 18s. We have experience in running Teacher Training programmes. We have been coordinating mobility projects for British EFL teachers abroad for 8 years (Erasmus+, EU funded) and in 2019 we carried out a successful 12-week programme for 20 Korean English Teachers in collaboration with British Council South Korea.
